Level 1 Coverage:
AntiVirus+Malware Protection (Endpoints), Remote Monitoring, Proactive Maintenance, Help Desk Remote Support. This is a monthly bill based on the number of Workstations + Servers. Onsite Service, Projects, Sr. Engineering is billable.
Level 2 Coverage:
L1 Coverage, + Onsite Service. This is a monthly bill based on the number of Workstations + Servers. Projects and Sr. Engineering is billable, but at half the L1 cost.
Level 3 Coverage:
L1 & L2 Coverage, + Projects and Sr. Engineering. This is a monthly bill based on the number of Workstations + Servers. We also add a HaaS Option if client requests it for an additional price increase.
We have additional Gateway Security and Backup Product Lines. Level 3 gets those at a reduced cost.
